There is no set price list, because what you pay comes down to the square metreage, whether it is block paving, concrete, flags or tarmac, and how much weed growth and oil staining has got into it.
Yes, wherever it’s needed. Cleaning washes some of the jointing sand out, so once the drive has dried we brush kiln-dried sand back into the joints. An empty joint is an open invitation to weed seed, so topping the sand up is part of the job, not an extra.
It depends on the surface. On block paving and imprinted concrete a seal helps repel oil and holds the moss off for longer, so the clean lasts. On some surfaces it adds little. It’s optional, and we’ll give you an honest steer when we quote.
